Our facility at 20 Brandy Lee Lane includes a 7 acre abutting 23 Gould St with one building and Natural Gas Tap House with Rail Access, a Tap House on a 24” Trans Canada Natural Gas Pipeline (Approximately $8-10 Million cost in 2020). The tap House feed to APP glove factory is within 75 meters and Gas Distribution point is now under Letter of Intent to purchase our CNG supply for the Town of Colebrook New Hampshire who will powering their municipal offices and regional school with our power. We are also developing a solar farm for expanding co-generation capability. We also have large capacity Wastewater Basins located on site.

Research & Development
Sustainable clean energy production requires promoting good management of natural resources and respect for the environment that is increasingly concerned with the psychological well-being of all concerned in energy production.

Co-generation or combined heat and power is the use of a heat engine or power station to generate electricity and useful heat, or cooling at the same time. Co-generation is a more efficient use of fuel or heat, because otherwise-wasted heat from electricity generation is put to some productive use. .
We deploy AI enhanced information, decision making and monitoring systems to maximize our natural gas taps for power generation and co-generation platform. These products include electricity for powering our data center, heating and cooling.
American Nitrile Specialty Gloves, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Power generation with Co-Generation using Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and refining operations turning natural gas into marketable products. In the case of compressed natural gas, these products include electricity for use in manufacturing. Natural gas refining processes include vacuum distillation, catalytic reforming, and co-generation techniques.
