Renco Holdings is a diversified investment and operations management firm, dedicated to providing the highest quality products and services while ensuring that the United States is domestically producing all the Personal Protective Equipment it needs to prevent degradation of its domestic supply, and to reduce dependence on foreign states for critical high quality PPE supplies.
Our Growth Strategy
Renco Holdings is on an aggressive growth initiative driven by market demand in the Clean and Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Information Technology, Operations Management, and Personal Protective Equipment which is projected to have a combined Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of seven percent (7%) over the next five years. Individually these sectors have a CAGR of Clean Energy: 9%, Real Estate: 4%, IT: 10.5%, Operations Management: 6%, PPE: 5% Respectively. At the same time, we are deploying an aggressive M&A strategy to acquire adjacencies or companies in areas of opportunity that are closely related to an our existing markets, products, services, and capabilities. Adjacencies represent natural extensions where Renco Holdings will grow by leveraging its managerial expertise and strengths while expanding into new but related domains. With our aggressive growth strategy, Renco expects to achieve an CAGR of ten percent (20%) over the next five years.
Investor Relations Goals
The goals of our Investor Relations program is to provide excellent investment opportunities, increase and sustain investor and other stakeholder confidence by giving proving accurate and timely information regarding the company’s financial and operating performance. It’s also used to communicate the strategic plans and objectives. We seek to maximize shareholder value by giving investors a thorough picture of the business strategy and expansion objectives of the company. We believe this will enhance interest from existing investors, boost demand for the company’s shares, and ultimately raise the share price.

Our Investor relations plan is also intended to enhance corporate governance to ensure that we comply with pertinent laws, rules, and moral guidelines, therefore increasing access to capital markets as well as its reputation and trust with investors. We intend to invoke confidence that we are adhering to all required laws set forth by governing bodies.
